From boutique whisky to a purposeful crafted brand.
A historic location bought for $1 and a couple of boys with big ideas and no finish line: when the Druce’s, a multi-generational farming family acquired the old Corowa flour mill with visions of building a distillery destination to breathe new life into an old town, there was always going to be an interesting brand story to tell. But in country NSW, there’s not much room for BS and people are taken on face value. Like the Druce’s themselves, honest and real, we needed to ensure the brand was crafted around one paramount belief: staying true.
If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Everything needed to create the brand already existed in and around the distillery: the characterful simplicity of the flour mill signage, the industrial practicality of materials and the unique characters that call Corowa home all come together to capture the bold spirit of this unique distillery.
